In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your ketubah print or the ketubah arrives damaged or with a spelling mistake (that we made) and you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your order. Your payment will also be refunded in full amount to you as soon as our ketubah print/s is returned via a traceable courier.
Cost of delivering the returned items is the responsibility of the customer, except a ketubah with a spelling mistake that we made.
On custom, original or personalized ketubot:
All sales are final and refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not available if work has already begun. In any instance that the ketubah arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please save the damaged original packaging and artwork so we can make the appropriate insurance claims with the shipper.
We offer the service of personalizing your ketubah. If you are having your own calligrapher to fill in the ketubah, please note that your own calligrapher must take full responsibility if any damage is done to the ketubah.
We cannot provide a refund for paintings damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling!
